Adrian Tan

Adrian Tan is a litigator specialising in technology, intellectual property, real estate and shareholder disputes. He is the current President of the Law Society of Singapore.

Adrian’s background as former general counsel of CrimsonLogic (a Singapore government technology company providing network services in the legal, healthcare and trade sectors) enables him to understand the issues facing technology service providers. His degree in computer science and psychology gives him the foundation to address technology-related disputes. He has represented clients in a wide range of technology and intellectual property disputes, ranging from data centre construction, social media defamation, copyright infringement and passing-off in relation to consumer electronics, and patent infringement of vaccines.
