We are honoured that Commonwealth Secretary General, the Rt Hon Patricia Scotland QC has agreed to open the new classroom while she is with us at the conference to deliver her keynote address. Here’s an update of the classroom that is being being built – we’re making excellent progress and the roof is now on.
