Joanne Anthony-Gooden

Joanne Anthony-Gooden lives and works in Gqeberha, South Africa. She graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth in 1997 with a B.Juris LLB degrees. She was admitted in 1999 and commenced practising for her own account in 2007 under the name and style of Anthony-Gooden Incorporated. Joanne is a provincial counsellor for the Eastern Cape Province of the Legal Practice Council and the current President of the Law Society of South Africa. She is a family law litigator and fiercely passionate about women and children’s rights.
