Ruth L. Mbambi

Ruth L. Mbambi is a legal expert for 16 years and holder of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting, Masters Degree in Human Rights Law with a bias in Children’s Rights and is holder of an LLB degree.

She is Registrar of the High Court’s Family and Children’s Division and has served as a Senior Research Advocate in the Supreme Court of Zambia for ten years and served as senior Resident Magistrate.

She contributed to the publication of “Service Charters on Simplified Court Processes and Procedures and is the author of the Article on the domestication of the CRC in Zambia published in the 2014 University of Zambia Law Journal.

Ruth is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) among others.
