Introduction
On 3 December 2018 at approximately 12 noon on the opening day of the First International Forum of Digital Courts in London, there was a notable event. The President of the Caribbean Court of Justice, The Hon Mr Justice Saunders, and his predecessor in that court, the Rt Hon Sir Dennis Byron, spoke to approximately 200 delegates, judges and justice administrators, from over 25 countries. They did so by embedding a video into a presentation that illustrated their content graphically, supported by an computer application (‘app’) that the conference delegates and organisers could download for free.
