CLA News / A Collaboration between the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts

The CLA was delighted to collaborate with the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts in a webinar discussion which explored the commercial courts within the Commonwealth and their relationships with their users.

The wide ranging discussion showcased the perspectives of the Jamaican, Malaysian, Kenyan and English panellists in relation to the practical ways in which the bench and bar can cooperate and how the changing landscape has impacted upon the courts and its users.

Commercial dispute resolution, evolving technologies , case management and the SIFoCC Multilateral Memorandum on enforcement of commercial judgements were explored within a Commonwealth setting.
