The Papua New Guinea Centre for Judicial Excellence (PNGCJE), whose Chair and Deputy Chair are Chief Justice Sir Gibuma Gibbs Salika, KBE, CSM, OBE and Deputy Chief Justice Ambeng Kandakasi, CBE, are pleased to host the 10th Asia Pacific Mediation Forum Conference 2024, organised in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Mediation Forum (the APMF).
Date: 19 – 21 August 2024
Venue: APEC Haus, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
Conference Theme: Regional Challenges, Regional Solutions, Global Outcomes: Using Mediation to Resolve Environment and Climate Change Disputes
The call for papers is now open with All inetrtsd parties are invited to express an interets in speaking, noting that to be considered for the APMF Conference 2024, presentations must address the Conference Theme.
Presentation Guidelines:
- The PNGCJE invites submissions that offer insights related to the conference theme.
- Presentations should be 20 minutes in duration, followed by a Question and Answer session.
- Submissions must include title, abstract (250 words maximum), and brief biography of speaker
- Title, abstract, brief biography of speaker should be submitted in English.

Deadline for Submission: 31 May 2024
Please note, a significant number of papers have already been received and the Papers Committee will therefore treat all proposals on a first come, first served basis.
The PNGCJE looks forward to welcoming colleagues at this International conference where the Committee hopes that all CLA supporters or members might contribute to shaping the discussion on the theme which has enormous impact for the Asia Pacific Region and the Globe, whether from the perspective of delegate or speaker.
