Registration is now open for 2 webinars on the intersection of Indian family Law and private international family law
The Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the Delhi Family Lawyers Association (DEFLA) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) are co-hosting a July program of complimentary webinars open to all on 10th and 17th July, with a focus on family law in India when there is an international aspect, and the current challenges faced by practitioners.
The aim of this double headed webinar program is to provide possible solutions for lawyers in jurisdictions both within and outside India, that are dealing with some aspect of Indian family law with an international interface. An international speaking faculty of Commonwealth specialists in the field will discuss these issues in the 75 minute webinars which include a 20 minute Q&A at the end of each the session.
