Hui Yee

Hui Yee was admitted as an advocate and solicitor to the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Hui Yee is the youngest elected member to the Bar Council, Malaysia. She currently co-chairs the Bar Council National Young Lawyers and Pupils Committee and the Bar Council Family Law Committee.

Hui Yee is also an accredited mediator with MIMC. She is a trained collaborative lawyer with International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In her legal practice, Hui Yee focuses on civil litigation mainly public and constitutional law, family and probate disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, employment and labour law. She has advised for victims of domestic violence and cyberbullying including doxing. She also acts for the complainant of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Tribunal in the High Court proceedings.

Hui Yee is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and LAWASIA.
